Our software shouldn't cause the issue you're describing. It only connects while it downloads the software you request and launches the app. Does your router have some QoS settings that are throttling other programs while you're in game?- kawaii

It's at the discretion of re-sellers to choose whatever price they want. They can also market it however they want (eg. not explicitly say its hake.me if that's how they choose to do it). The users he has are his and his alone. They are always welcome to come to our website if they are unhappy...- kawaii

No users have been VAC banned. Some users have received a server side match making ban but many (most, from what it seems) did not. We will continue to improve our humanization features so that in the future even less of our users are affected by this.- kawaii
