Can refund me?.. in my status still show 1 month subscribe only.. I pay 2x times for 1 months subscribe. Help me.

Hope admin will do something for this bug.. At first, i think first paypal dind happen because nothing happen. Then i try for the second time for subscribes.
 
Do you want us to add another month for you, or would you like the refund instead?
