Please accept my paypal hake.me subcription transaction, the payment is already credited from my payment card, but the status still pending because it's need to be accepted by hake.me admin

There is no transaction ID that we can see matching that. If you paid a reseller, you will need to get in contact with them instead. Sometimes delays can affect transactions, and we cannot do anything about this.
