Only 2 ppl in charge, I guess this is regarding you coding and asking for some sort of developer status? (rough guess)
In that case, there is no such program right now (that I'm aware of), the user-made system was just implemented so I expect there won't be any dedicated developer/contributor groups for a bit (atleast till the API is fully built).
