wards detection

i was gone for 4 months and still switched computers, and I no longer have the list of scripts I used. i wanted to know if anyone can tell me which of the scripts that shows the enemy ward and its duration . i tried this below but without success .

i can see the range of the enemy's observes after using lightning, but when my enemy plants the ward or sentry does not show where it was planted or its area of effect, and I have the habit of playing with invisible heroes it was important to know its area of effect .
