HAKE使用中出现问题，当天购买就申请退款了，到现在已经8天了，为什么一直不给退款？论坛也有不能使用的说明。。
 
If you issued a charge back or payment dispute through Paypal, the money is probably being withheld by Paypal until the dispute is settled. I'm only guessing that's what you did, since you don't have a subscription.

I you ever need or want a refund, the best way to do it is by sending a PM to stephanie, and waiting.
