hello I recently paid for 1 month of subscription, I would like to ask how long till I get access to downloads and how do I know if my account is upgraded thank you.

If you pay with Paypal, maybe your payment is under manual review by PayPal ?
For me its always useable right after i buy it.
You should be able to use it in max 24H after your payment, maybe one of the mods give you one Day sub until your payment goes through.
I see some ppl from china or india here in forum have to wait a few hours when they pay with paypal
