In turkey we cant use Paypal anymore so i have to use bitpay .. i just bought bitcoins from https://localbitcoins.com/country/TR here but i dont know how to use it ? i dont know how to send here for account upgrade ? can someone please help me about this ?

I'm not personally familiar with localbitcoins.com but the general idea is your bitcoins are stored in a virtual wallet and you send funds from your wallet to BitPay. From just glancing over localbitcoins.com it seems like they do not provide you a bitcoin wallet which means when making the purchase of bitcoins you must give the seller the address of your wallet for them to send the bitcoins to. There are websites which provide bitcoin wallets such as https://www.coinbase.com/ or you can manage your own wallet using software such as https://electrum.org/ . Anyway, once you have a bitcoin wallet with bitcoin in it, choose the Pay with BitPay option on our website. This will send you to a BitPay invoice which will tell you the exact amount of bitcoin to send to a specific address (BitPay's wallet basically). Send BitPay the exact amount and once the transaction has been confirmed (takes up to an hour) you will be automatically upgraded.

Yes, I see that you have made a payment using bitcoin. BitPay requires the network to confirm each transaction at least 6 times before they are marked as complete. This process happens automatically but can take up to an hour. I will monitor it and make sure everything works as intended.
