I requested a cancellation of the transaction on Pay Pal. The money is not returned, the dispute is not confirmed. And upgrade account was canceled. What's the problem?
 
You should have asked for a refund directly, not disputing through Paypal. The removal of your subscription is automatic when a dispute is filed.

Paypal isn't letting me refunding you for some reason. It's not giving me the option to. I'll look at it later and see if it gives me the option.

I didn't know. I'm willing to close the dispute if you can return the money otherwise.
 
Sure. Cancel the dispute and I'll see if it gives me the option to refund you.
