Can't I play Chinese server?

If you mean Perfect World, yes you can.
Open client.txt and change desiredServer to 2. Save the file afterwards. After doing this, you can select Perfect World after logging into the Hake client by clicking the ">" button.
Alternatively, you can edit the commandLineArgs in your client.txt:
commandLineArgs.dota2_gui=-perfectworld
