Dota2 XP per game

Hello, i am playing dota2 after a long time. In previous version we used to get 10 xp(TP) per match. But now a days there is no xp for eatch matches. Randomly i get xp (i.e out of 10 games i am getting 20-30 xp that means in 2-3 matches only giving xp). I am not a compendium or a LP user. are u guyz getting xp per game?

In my opinion the whole XP thing is useless. That is just a number which rises and says nothing and do nothing. Valve should remove it.

if im not wrong u get XP per minutes played, basicly u play 60 mins more xp-

my maximum games were in between 45 to 59 mins. may be thats why. thank you
