help with critical hack

I need help with the hack critic, not how to use preciono the key that is associated but me loose normal critical, not on every shot, do not understand how it works, I would like a guide to use it properly

hold crithack key and rigth click on enemy/neutral.
It works only for Juggernaut and Chaos Knight

In addition to what Panagea said, you also want to disable Auto Attack in your settings if you have it turned on.

Last time I was here, you need to hold crit button then right click enemy, when its starting to animate fast then that will work.
