How visible ESP works now?

I have made 4 month pause of dota. Before i pause there was a problem with visible option. Is it fixed now? And how it works?

You get half of the functionality compared to before.
You only get notified when you enter the enemy vision. It will blink for 2 seconds, you can adjust the duration

So if you enter enemy vision it blinks twice, if you go back and enter the vision again after 1 second, doest it blink again?

Yes. basically it only blinks at the moment you enter the vision
