I have purchased it, but I still haven't bought it.

Sometimes PayPal can take a while approving a payment. If your upgrade still hasn't automatically happened in a few hours please PM me and I'll make sure @stephanie takes a look.
 
I've given you your subscription. Please close the PayPal dispute. For future reference, opening a PayPal dispute will automatically remove any subscription you have.
