Yup.
But its bad idea use this disabler for other games.

Because this is VAC disabler for dota. And developer create this disabler only for dota.
I'm not a coder, im designer.. but i think for other games need some improves for disabler.
 
it's not bad but you can't play them it will kick you with vac authentication error.
