Payment issues?

Well,it seems like I can't properly pay you because it says the credit card issuer declined the transcation.
I have more than enough balance inside my card to pay the 8$.
I have no problem using the same card anywhere else,including paypal itself to pay in countries outside of Europe.
I live in Greece,does this shit have anything to do with the stupid capital controls?
How come I can pay for other stuff using paypal and I can't pay for this?

Thats strange.. i cant help you with this.
I think you need wait staff. Hope they can help you with your problem.
As i know, nobody dont have problem like this.

Maybe you can try pay on add money from card with.. webmoney? I mean, you create webmoney account, card ==> webmoney and from webmoney reffil ur paypal..?

yesh i thought it was some brief lag a week ago when i first tried.
i did some payments through the credit card this week and i thought that i would be fixed by now.
I see there is no other way to do that so I hope there is a workaround.

Why?Is there an issue with that?
Also,I just made a webmoney account.
But I can't find a way to add money through my VISA card.
Any tips?
I don't think there are webmoney stores in Greece

You need to send some money from your bank over to your Paypal account. It is currently the only payment method we accept.
