I am trying to renew my account payment made but still my account has not being upgraded. I have done payment with bitcoin.

Bitcoin payments usually take some time, sometimes up to a few hours. You'll need to wait for your transaction to have a confirmation or two on the blockchain, and you will automatically get upgraded.
