Paypal is closed in my country

Hello,
I've been using this hack for 2 months now. But my country (Turkey) doesn't support it anymore. Can someone teach me how to use bitpay? Do I need a bitcoin wallet? How do you buy bitcoin and send it over bitpay to here?

Or can you add easier methods of payment?

I had a friend in Turkey where he had his PayPal shutdown because of the closure. I think he instead used a USA account bought here: auctionessistance/shop because he apparently said there is not much restrictions in the USA. Not sure if that is entirely true.
