Returning Customer - 30 days link shows 403 Forbidden (PayPal)

Good day all!
It's been over a year - but I'm finally coming back :)

I would like to purchase the 30 day subscription, but it seems Paypal is shooting back a 403 Forbidden error message.

Can you please check as I'd love t come back to update some of the scripts I have from last time I used hake.

I saw another user who had the exact same problem, try deleting your browser history.
