This hack have maphack??

No, it doesn't. A maphack in Dota 2 doesn't exist as far as I know. If it did, we would have it. However, we do have a lot of features that work as a pseudo-maphack.

Unless you have personally used that hack, and have tested it in a ranked game, it's most likely a scam.
