when was last ban?

There isn't a simple answer for that. It depends on a lot of things, like if you're using dangerous features like Auto Disable, or if you have the humanizer disabled, laxing your humanizer settings, or if you're being super obvious with the Awareness features. Smurfing will also get you banned.
 
I was using hack for more than a year and was never banned, but was not using obvious features
