Which are the safelane and offlane heroes that you had most success using hake?

Ill be buying hake this week and i only play hc and offlane heroes.. would like if someone can tell me what heroes benefits more with hake and also some tips would be great.
My safelane heroes:
Ck
Lifestealer
Sven
Wk
Bloodseeker
Drow
Void
Gyro
Jugger
Luna
Mk
Pa
Pl
Slark
Spectre

Offlane:
Centaur
Lc
Night Stalker

@irmia223 sry just see post...i have almost same setings, the only what i have change is HP treshold is put on 350 (just bcs at timing u get armulet most burst skills will do round 300 dmg, so i have start from 600 to 200 and for me at least on 6k avrg is 350 best option). But its depends alot what heros build you play and enemy heros-just check around 350-550 and you will find for yourself best option-gl mate and thanks @sonnygfx for respons <3
