In D3D11 mode, OBS won't capture any of the UI or rendered elements. Features that use particles, or minimap icons will still be visible however. So to be "stream proof" you will need to create a config that only has features enabled that do not create particles or minimap icons.

There may have been a delay in PayPal's processing of your payment. Looks like everything was taken care of though. Edit: I checked on it and it looks like you paid for a week as well. I've gone ahead and combined your subscription into 1 month + 2 weeks because of the mixup.

The payment may have been put on hold from PayPal. This issue usually resolves itself. I've given you a temporary subscription in the meantime.

As @Ender_Wolf says it seems like the token you purchased was locked to another account. Only official resellers can purchase and sell unlocked tokens. Please report the user you purchased the token from and provide more details about what happened in a PM to us so we can take appropriate action.

Looks upgraded to me. Sometimes there can be a short delay after a payment has been made.

They don't expire. You can buy as many tokens as you want and claim them as your subscriptions end.
